QUOTES AND SETTLEMENT
Scope and price first, work second
Clear rules with no hidden charges added after the job.
Extra work only after approval
If a wider scope becomes necessary, I explain it before carrying out any additional work. Unapproved services are not added after the job is finished.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics are a separate paid service according to the price list. If repair or upgrade work is needed afterwards, that next stage is quoted and agreed separately.
Parts and materials
Prices cover labour unless a service states otherwise. Components, licences and other materials are not included unless agreed in advance.
Business customers
Business customers can settle the service through Useme, with an invoice available. The settlement method is agreed before the job.
Component trade-in
For selected upgrades, working components may be accepted as part payment. The valuation and labour-cost deduction rules are described below and on the Terms page.

USEME
Invoice for the service
The service can be settled through Useme, allowing the customer to receive an invoice. Settlement details are agreed before the service starts.
